By accessing or using the Valiant Solutions LLC website (valiantsolutionsgroup.com) and the Automation Acceleration Portal (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Valiant Solutions LLC provides a subscription-based platform offering pre-built Automation Acceleration Kits for healthcare organizations. The Services include access to Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Facilitator Guides, an Automation Governance Pipeline, Document Repository, and System Impact Analysis tools.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Plans: We offer subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) with varying levels of access. Plan details and pricing are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days.
You agree not to:
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users; Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content obtained through the Services without written permission; Use the Services for any unlawful purpose; Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform; Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk.
Our Content: All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to PDDs, SDDs, Facilitator Guides, templates, branding, software, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Valiant Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: Subject to your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded kits for your organization's internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to redistribute, resell, or publish the content.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services (e.g., automation documents, pipeline data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Services.
Automation Acceleration Kits are provided as templates and starting points. You are responsible for customizing, validating, and adapting any kit content to your organization's specific requirements, systems, and compliance needs. Valiant Solutions does not guarantee that kits will work without modification in your environment.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALIANT SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valiant Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
